This completely independent studio house is a spacious one room + bathroom and is the perfect place to rest and work while enjoying a view of the beautiful garden. The studio has a small electric stove to prepare a basic meal and other kitchen utensils to prepare a coffee or tea. Designed and built by a local architect, inspired by old Spanish haciendas, and adapted to the Andes. It is centrally located in a typical “barrio Quiteño,” close to local corner stores, fresh produce, and kiosks.
Blackout curtains make this a perfect place to rest. A private patio is included, as well as access to the rest of the garden. Meals are available upon request, as well as additional kitchen tools if needed.
